MDC changes CWD rules for upcoming hunting season


JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation is tweaking some rules next month for deer hunters.

MDC Spokesperson Joe Jerek told KXCV/KRNW that mandatory chronic wasting disease sampling will now be voluntary in 30 counties at the start of this year's firearms portion of deer season; November 14 and 15.
